Vintage Corbin Screw Corp 4,000 RPM Tachometer & Cable Motorcycle Car Industrial

This is a vintage Corbin Screw Corporation 4,000 RPM tachometer with cable. These Corbin tachs are known for being used on vintage motorcycles, cars, and industrial applications. This being a higher RPM version likely was used on a Motorcycle or car.

These original Corbin tachs were expensive when new so not many were made. These tachs are nearly impossible to find today, especially in this condition. This tach is in good original condition as shown. The dial is bright, vibrant , and easy to read. The lens is the original beveled real glass that has a bit of a green tint to it when you look at the bevel.

The glass has a few light isolated scratches, nothing to write home about. The housing is nice with no dents or scrapes. The plating on the bezel and housing looks to be nickel. It has wear as shown and may polish up nicely. I do not have any experience dealing with nickel plating and do not want to do more harm than good by trying to clean it so I left it alone.

The cable is in good original condition. It measures right at 3 feet long.
